At CrossFit NeverForget, we celebrate the people who show up, put in the work, and support those around them -regardless of where they are on their fitness journey.

Our Ambassadors are the heartbeat of our community, welcoming new members, encouraging familiar faces, and helping to create an environment where everyone feels supported from day one.

Like everything we do at CrossFit NeverForget, our Ambassador Program is built on one simple belief: a stronger community creates stronger people.

Questions We Ask:

What is your favorite thing to do in Kokomo?

Get together with friends and family around a back yard fire pit.

What is your favorite thing about CrossFit Never Forget?

Making new friends with people that our life paths would have never crossed if it wasn’t for CFNF.

What is one fitness goal you have in the coming year?

Fully recover from my injury.

If a workout were named after you, what movement would it definitely include—and why?

Burpee’s to a target!  The video from week one of my CrossFit journey doing this movement shows that it doesn’t matter where you are when you start…just start!

What’s one thing you’ve achieved since becoming a member?

I’ve gained lifetime friendships with so many new people. These are friends that would answer a call at 2 am and not bat an eye to help out if I needed it.

Questions We Ask:

What is your favorite thing to do in Kokomo?

Eat- so many great restaurants.

What is your favorite thing about CrossFit Never Forget?

Encouraging community.

What is one fitness goal you have in the coming year?

Stay consistent with making the committed club. Full marathon on the horizon.

If a workout were named after you, what movement would it definitely include—and why?

It would 100% include *burpees.

*Why*: Because I don’t really believe in skipping the hard part. Life’s gonna knock you down, and burpees are just practice for getting back up — fast.

What’s one thing you’ve achieved since becoming a member?

Bar & ring muscle up.

Questions We Ask:

What is your favorite thing to do in Kokomo?

My favorite thing to do in Kokomo is CrossFit.🤣
Ok, ok. I’m a commuter, not a Kokomo resident, but sometimes after class, I love to take a lap at Jackson Morrow or sit by the creek and listen to worship music and journal.

What is your favorite thing about CrossFit Never Forget?

I love the community here.  I came to workout, but I stayed because of the people.❤️
(And the coaching is unmatched, too.)

What is one fitness goal you have in the coming year?

I would love to hit a 300# deadlift…probably should start working on it.👀

If a workout were named after you, what movement would it definitely include—and why?

I love bench press. I don’t have a great reason, except that when I first started CrossFit in Brazil with some of my teammates who were already really fit, it was the ONLY thing I could beat my friend at.  So that’s my shallow reason for why I love bench press.😜

Honorable mentions include wall walks (hey now, no hate!) and rope climbs…mostly because my younger self never would’ve imagined that I could do something like that.

What’s one thing you’ve achieved since becoming a member?

There have been many PRs, but the memory that always sticks out is from Mo-town 2025. The workout with the pull-ups.  I thought we’d stand there and just keep trying until we got time capped. But I was able to do them.  All 20.  Sometimes it was only one at a time, but we finished, and I cried afterwards.🥹💜

What is your favorite thing to do in Kokomo?

I love spending time with my people, whether it be at church, working out or just spending time with family. Playing cards, board games listening to some Jesus music! Whatever is required to just be together.

What is your favorite thing about CrossFit Never Forget?

How can I pick just one thing? I absolutely love the people. The coaches are the best! Everyone is very encouraging and supportive.💜

What is one fitness goal you have in the coming year?

To be to lift my own body weight.

If a workout were named after you, what movement would it definitely include—and why?

Wall walks / Wall holds! They are hard for me, (I will be able to do a wall walk before the end of the year) nothing beats the sense of accomplishment when they are finished! That’s right, I just did that!☺️

What’s one thing you’ve achieved since becoming a member?

Again, only one thing? I have achieved my first goal in my weight loss journey! I can get on the GHD (I was really afraid of it during bring a friend week)

Questions We Ask:

What is your favorite thing to do in Kokomo?

Playing music with either IUK community band, or the monthly drum circle!

The family that I didn’t know I needed in Kokomo. Everyone holds everyone both accountable, and keeps tabs on your journey.

I want to get my kipping form down so I can do a pull up/chest to bar/muscle up.

If a workout were named after you, what movement would it definitely include—and why?

Let’s be real, the Russian Twist is becoming the Teffy Twist as it’s my go to mod for my chronic lower back issues.

Questions We Ask:

What is your favorite thing to do in Kokomo?

Perfect day in Kokomo is CrossFit, coffee, hobby lobby in that order.

What is your favorite thing about CrossFit Never Forget?

I love the people. I can be in the worst mood, but CrossFit always gets me out of it. It’s always very rewarding and makes me feel big and strong when im done. I never regret going.

What is one fitness goal you have in the coming year?

A freakin pull up would be nice. And also attempting double unders without crying lol.

If a workout were named after you, what movement would it definitely include—and why?

I really like clean and jerks all of a sudden. So maybe some running, clean & jerks, and med ball slams.

What’s one thing you’ve achieved since becoming a member?

I don’t know if I can pick one. My confidence has gotten much better inside and outside the gym. I’m a lot stronger and capable than I like to think most days. I actually don’t mind talking to people, for the most part. I’m sloooooooowly creeping into RX workouts, which I didn’t think I’d ever do.
